You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of each eligible product.
Products may be opened and tried but must not be completely or substantially used.
Proof of purchase is required.
The guarantee is limited to one claim per product, per customer.
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of these products, the following are excluded from our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Mini Ritual Travel Set, including miniature, trial and sample-sized products.
Radiance Ritual Facial Brush.
Complimentary promotional gifts, including any free Mini Ritual Travel Set or other gift received as part of a special offer or promotion.
Opened or used trial-sized products and facial brushes cannot be returned for change of mind.

If you're unhappy with an eligible product, please contact Sacred Glow Australia within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for requesting a return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the return has been assessed.
Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's returns policy. Please contact the retailer directly regarding your purchase.
